Sideris is the founder and CEO of Tashas Group – one of South Africa’s most beloved restaurant brands.

Growing up, she was inspired by her father, who was also a restaurateur, and gained important knowledge about the business from a young age.

After studying Psychology at University, she realized that the food and hospitality industries were her true calling and began building her business.

She started with a single restaurant in 2005, and has since grown Tashas Group to have 45 locations in five different countries.

Sideris prides herself on being hands-on with all her restaurants, ensuring they live up to her high standards.

This is true not only of the Tashas restaurants, but also of Flamingo Room by Tashas, Avli by Tashas, Bungalo34, Le Parc by Tashas, Galaxy Bar, Perlage, and more.
