The CollectHive is located in Circular Drive in Fairview, Gqeberha. Construction started last year, and it is expected to be completed in 2026.

Visitors can expect areas for yoga, salons and spas, fashion, many retail offerings, and a deli with artisan and gourmet options.
The CollectHive said that it offers stylish, boutique workspaces designed for creativity, growth, and connection. It is ideal for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and remote teams.
Sectional title units in The CollectHive ranged from R700,000 to R5,000,000, which the developer described as a good investment opportunity.
DMV Architecture, which designed The CollectHive, said that it is not just another building, but a place designed for movement, connection, and everyday life.
“Office environments sit alongside a vibrant food court and bar, padel courts, and a dedicated kids’ play area,” it said.
“This design introduces a layer of energy that shifts the experience beyond the traditional commercial model.”
The company said the architecture responds to this diversity through bold forms and colour, creating a strong street presence.

The open-plan food hall is at the heart of the development. It features double volume spaces, natural light, and layered planting.
