New exclusive residential estate launching this month

The new luxury Rhebokskloof Estate development in the Paarl area will launch on 19 April 2024 with a selection of 48 stands and 16 bespoke designer homes.

Rhebokskloof Estate is situated in Noord-Agter Paarl within the golden triangle of Paarl, Franschhoek, and Stellenbosch.

The area, which is also home to the popular Val de Vie estate, has experienced exceptional growth in property demand and values.

Rhebokskloof Estate is an established wine farm in the Western Cape with 185 hectares of established vineyards, fynbos, and paddocks.

The Paarl Mountain Nature Reserve, the farm’s closest neighbour, further enhances the outdoor-inspired lifestyle setting.

This nature reserve provides residents access to mountain bike trails, walking and running routes, picnic spots, and abundant indigenous fauna and flora.

Rhebokskloof Estate will offer residents multiple amenities, including a children’s play area, equestrian activities, a resident food garden, and a fire boma.

The estate will also feature a multi-purpose activity field, the top-class Rhebok restaurant, and a wine cellar.

The residential development has a strong focus on security. It includes 24-hour security patrols, a 2.4-metre-high electric fence, and 37 infrared cameras.

Prices at the Rhebokskloof Estate development start at R3.75 million for stands and R6.98 million for bespoke designer homes.

The stands’ sizes range from 1,043 square meters to 1,579 square meters, which is higher than most competing estates.
