He worked at Internet Solutions for over 15 years, where he started as a Hosting Product Manager.
Nourse quickly worked his way up the ladder to become the Connectivity Services Executive and, subsequently, the Chief Solutions Officer.
In 2017, Nourse took the reins of Mweb as CEO, before taking the CEO role at Webafrica in 2020.
As Webafrica CEO, Nourse was in the unique position of having chaired the company (Mweb) that Webafrica was acquiring, which gave him valuable insights into both sides of the deal.
