Hill has been with Ford for over 30 years and has played a key role in transforming and modernising Ford’s presence across the African continent.

Prior to becoming the President of Ford Africa, he served in roles such as the Managing Director for Ford Southern and Sub-Saharan Africa, and the Director of Marketing, Sales, and Services for the same region.

Hill also has extensive global experience, and between 2006 and 2015, he held several sales, marketing, and senior management roles in countries including Thailand, China, New Zealand, and Australia.
